Your Full Estate Manager Package Includes but is not limited to:
Meeting with the owner to discuss plans, events, and general estate requirements.
Preparing, presenting, and managing budgets.
Managing the daily operations of the estate including staff schedules, upkeep, and bills.
Supervising all ground and house staff and providing training, day-to-day feedback, and performance reviews.

Insure all yard and pool services are maintained

Bring in mail, newspapers & Fliers

Inspect home after storms
Liaison to homeowners associations and committees
Promoting the estate's businesses through marketing channels such as social media as it requires.
Liaising with event planners, catering services, and clients to ensure that all functions run smoothly.
Managing all administrative tasks like submitting insurance claims, filing legal documents, and preparing invoices.
Personalized manager to go over your home inside and out and give you regular updates on its current condition as well as any maintenance that needs to be done.
