Level Two Estate Management

Your Full Estate Manager Package Includes but is not limited to:

  • Meeting with the owner to discuss plans, events, and general estate requirements.

  • Preparing, presenting, and managing budgets.

  • Managing the daily operations of the estate including staff schedules, upkeep, and bills.

  • Supervising all ground and house staff and providing training, day-to-day feedback, and performance reviews.

  • Managing all maintenance, repairs, and renovations to buildings and estate grounds. Examples include but are not limited to:

    • Interior Home Maintenance

      • Visual inspection of walls, ceiling & floors

      • Adjust and set air conditioners and furnaces

      • Run water through all taps, toilets & faucets

      • Check for leaks

      • Check all electronics to ensure they are functioning properly

      • Water indoor plants

      • Secure all windows & doors

      • Start automobiles in winter

    • Exterior Home Maintenance

      • Insure all yard and pool services are maintained

      • Test all outdoor lighting

      • Ensure irrigation systems are fun

      • Bring in mail, newspapers & Fliers

      • Any other needs exclusive to your home

    • Additional Services

      • Inspect home after storms

      • Liaison to homeowners associations and committees

      • Promoting the estate's businesses through marketing channels such as social media as it requires.

      • Liaising with event planners, catering services, and clients to ensure that all functions run smoothly.

      • Managing all administrative tasks like submitting insurance claims, filing legal documents, and preparing invoices.

      • Personalized manager to go over your home inside and out and give you regular updates on its current condition as well as any maintenance that needs to be done.
